Reflexology

Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment which can promote deep relaxation and wellbeing.  Also improves the nerve and blood supply throughout the body.
The theory of reflexology is that all the systems and organs of the whole body  are mirrored or reflected in smaller peripheral  areas such as the feet, hands, ears and face.
Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and hands.  This is done using thumb and finger techniques.
Zone Therapy is used to explain how reflexology works, this theory holds that the  body contains 10 vertical zones, with each zone containing different parts which correspond to specific fingers and toes.
